Jan. 15th, 2012, pilot project of Hunan Changsha distribution management project passed acceptance test of State Grid Corporation of China successfully.SIFANG provided full series of products such as CSGC-3000/DMS distribution management system, CSGC-3000/PIB power information bus, CSC-270 communication collection slave system and CSC-271 feeder automation terminal. During acceptance test process, SIFANG’s products are well acclaimed by acceptance test experts for products’excellent performance. 

Technical agreement of Changsha distribution management project was signed in middle of Jan, 2011 and the project passed the FAT in May, 2011. The project was the key project of SIFANG and also the first distribution management project of Hunan province. All the leaders either from SIFANG or Hunan Electric Company attached great importance to this project. With great support from many departments of SIFANG, the project team worked closely with Hunan Electric Power Research Institute, Hunan Electric Power Design Institute?Changsha Electric Bureau to improve CSGC-3000/DMS distribution management system and CSGC-3000/PIB power information bus and applied for several patent right.

By the end of Dec. 2011, the project passed system function test organized by State Grid Corporation of China. In the middle of Jan. 2012, the acceptance test expert team checked Changsha distribution management system, slave system, terminal, communication network, power information bus, operation management system and related documents according to the requirement of “Acceptance Test Principle of Distribution Management System (2nd Edition)”. Acceptance test expert team believes Changsha distribution management system is advanced in technology, good in engineering quality. Power Information bus realizes seamless integration between distribution management system and GIS and PMS of State Grid.
